Key Responsibilities

• Embed with the Incentive Compensation team to assess processes and identify manual or error-prone steps.
• Design and build automated workflows to replace manual processes.
• Manage Xactly instances and configure related workflows.
• Identify areas for AI tools to enhance incentive compensation tasks.
• Ensure integration of incentive compensation systems with clean, reliable data.
• Establish documentation and processes for systematized workflows.
• Set up continuous improvement processes to identify and address bottlenecks.
• Act as a resource for translating process needs into system requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated capability in process improvement and automation.
• Hands-on SQL experience and data fluency.
• Experience with automation tools and compensation management systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
