Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager to join their Incentive Compensation team. This role focuses on systemizing, automating, and improving commission operations within a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process and gap assessments to identify inefficiencies in workflows.
• Design and build automated workflows and integrations to improve processes.
• Manage the Xactly Incent and Connect instances for compensation calculations.
• Implement AI tools to automate manual compensation tasks.
• Ensure integration of incentive compensation systems with reliable data flow.
• Establish documentation and governance for new processes.
• Facilitate ongoing improvement processes within the team.
• Translate process needs into system requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc requests, particularly during payout cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record in process improvement and systematization.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis.
• Experience with automation tools and ICM systems (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ).
• Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, and data management systems.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding core compensation mechanics.
