Overview

This fully funded internship is designed to equip emerging leaders with practical skills in civil society work, policy engagement, and programme management.

Eligibility

The programme specifically targets applicants from:

• Nigeria
• Guinea
• Niger
• Togo

Eligible candidates must:

• Hold at least a first degree in fields such as international affairs, political science, public policy, law, development studies, or related disciplines
• Demonstrate a clear interest in civil society and non-profit management
• Be a recent graduate or early-career professional

Preference is given to candidates with multilingual abilities, particularly those proficient in English, French, or Portuguese, with working knowledge of an additional language.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting programme design, training, and institutional assessments
• Assisting with project planning, proposal writing, and implementation

• Providing administrative and operational support
• Engaging with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries
