    Overview

    This position offers the opportunity to work as an Inventory Officer for a reputable multilateral company, focusing on efficient stock management across multiple locations in Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock using the FIFO method.
    • Issue stock accurately with proper documentation.
    • Conduct daily physical stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
    • Identify and manage faulty or damaged items.
    • Prepare and submit detailed inventory and stock reports.
    • Monitor stock levels and track inventory movements.
    • Carry out basic diagnostics and minor repairs on inventory items.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Provide assistance to walk-in customers and support field agents.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management or related fields.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Familiarity with the local area is preferred.
