The International Organization of Youth (IOY) has officially opened applications for its 2026–2027 IOY Ambassador Program, inviting young leaders from around the world to represent the organization and advance youth participation in global development initiatives.
The year-long program offers participants an opportunity to serve as official ambassadors of the International Organization of Youth and the International Youth Conference (IYC). Selected ambassadors will work to expand the organization’s reach within their communities, promote youth engagement, and contribute to international dialogue throughout the 2026–2027 term.
According to IOY, priority consideration will be given to alumni of previous International Youth Conference editions, although aspiring youth leaders from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to submit applications.
The IOY Ambassador Program is designed to equip emerging leaders with practical skills, international exposure, and networking opportunities. Throughout the one-year term, ambassadors will represent IOY across their local and international networks while advocating for youth empowerment and sustainable development.
The initiative seeks to strengthen leadership capacity among young people by providing structured training and opportunities to engage with global institutions.
