Overview

This program offers a fully funded doctoral fellowship under the European Research Council (ERC)-funded HAIR project, focusing on gender, identity, body politics, and Muslim societies.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and demonstrate strong research skills. Relevant fields include:

• Islamic Studies
• Anthropology
• Middle Eastern Studies
• Gender Studies
• Religious Studies
• Cultural Studies
• Related fields

Candidates should also show interest in gender, embodiment, literature, and Muslim societies, alongside excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
