    Overview

    This opportunity offers a fully funded blended learning programme aimed at empowering youth and women from Sub-Saharan Africa through entrepreneurship, innovation, and public-private partnerships.

    Eligibility

    The programme is open to youth and women aged 18 to 35 years from the following Anglophone Sub-Saharan African countries:

    • Botswana
    • Ethiopia
    • Ghana
    • Kenya
    • Nigeria
    • Rwanda
    • South Africa
    • Tanzania
    • Uganda
    • Zambia
    • Zimbabwe

    Eligible applicants include aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage business founders, SME innovators, researchers, technology innovators, social entrepreneurs, and professionals developing scalable development or business solutions.

    Benefits

    Participants will gain practical skills to develop solutions aligned with national and regional priorities while fostering collaboration between African and Japanese innovation ecosystems. The initiative is free of charge, with funding provided by the Government and People of Japan. Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive certificates of completion.
