The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an experienced fundraising and nonprofit leader to join its San Diego office as a Senior Development Manager. Based in San Diego, California, this full-time hybrid position offers an opportunity to lead resource mobilization, donor engagement, communications, volunteer management, and community partnerships for one of the world’s leading humanitarian organizations.

As a member of the office’s senior leadership team, the successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop fundraising strategies, strengthen donor relationships, supervise volunteer programmes, and enhance public engagement.
The role also includes direct supervision of the Volunteer Coordinator as well as interns and volunteers supporting the development unit.
