    Key Responsibilities

    • IT Support: Address employee IT issues, focusing on macOS troubleshooting, application support, and network connectivity.
    • Global Support Queue: Manage Sierra's global IT helpdesk queue during regional working hours.
    • Technical User Support: Assist engineers and technical teammates using logs and command-line tools.
    • AI-Assisted Troubleshooting: Employ approved AI tools for troubleshooting and documentation while ensuring data security.
    • Hardware Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of devices including procurement, deployment, and inventory tracking.
    • AV & Conference Rooms: Ensure all conference rooms are equipped and functional.
    • Office Build-Out & Moves: Collaborate with various teams for new office IT implementation.
    • Network & Vendor Coordination: Resolve office network and connectivity issues with vendors.
    • IT Onboarding: Set up devices and software for new hires.
    • SaaS Administration: Manage user access and application setups in Okta and Google Workspace.
    • IT Projects: Implement various IT projects with clear success criteria.
    • Process Improvement: Propose and document better working practices.
    • IT Logistics: Support software installations and device distributions.

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience, especially with macOS.
    • Proficiency with endpoint management and MDM systems (e.g., Jamf, Okta).
    • Experience with SaaS administration.
    • Ability to support and communicate with technical users.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to manage global queue requests effectively.
    • Knowledge of AV and networking fundamentals.
    • Organizational skills with a focus on systems and inventory.
