Overview

Webflow is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and improve IT services for employees in the Buenos Aires office. The role involves resolving help desk tickets and maintaining the technology that supports office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve employee tickets through the help desk using AI-powered support tools.
• Document common issues and solutions to enhance the internal knowledge base.
• Manage audio-visual setups in the office.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS devices.
• Support equipment ordering and provisioning with the Workplace Experience team.
• Assist with IT onboarding for new hires as needed.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure resolution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with help desk ticketing systems.
• Experience using AI-powered tools in a support context.
• Familiarity with audiovisual setups for meetings and events.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills in macOS environments.
• Experience in onboarding new hires, including hardware provisioning.
• Able to perform physical work such as setting up office equipment.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Buenos Aires office.

Location
