Overview

The ITR Fellowship 4.0 is a transformative virtual program designed to empower young Africans with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities required to become impactful leaders and change-makers in their communities.

Eligibility

Must be an African (from any country within the continent)
Must be between 18 and 30 years old
Must have proficiency in speaking and understanding English
Must have little or no prior experience in community development
Must be available and willing to commit to the full 8-week duration of the fellowship
Must maintain at least 85% attendance to qualify for graduation, mentorship, and internship opportunities
Must demonstrate strong motivation and willingness to contribute to social change and innovation
