Overview

The European Innovation Council (EIC) has officially opened applications for mentors to join the prestigious EIC Women Leadership Programme 2026. This is a unique opportunity for experienced leaders across Europe’s innovation ecosystem to guide and empower the next generation of women innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs.

Running from May to November 2026, the programme connects accomplished mentors with high-potential women building breakthrough technologies and ambitious ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support selected participants by sharing expertise, strategic guidance, and professional networks.
• Participate in online mentoring sessions, approximately 5-6 sessions of 1 hour each.
• Focus on leadership development, strategic thinking, career growth, expanding networks, and scaling ventures.
