The Youth Will LEAD Fellowship 2026 is an exciting paid leadership opportunity for young people passionate about advocacy and youth empowerment.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18–25 years old at the time of the fellowship.
Must be based in San Diego County.
Must be available to attend all fellowship session dates.
Must have an interest in leadership, advocacy, youth wellbeing, and community impact.
