    Job Overview:
    The SBCC & Adaptation Officer will provide technical leadership and hands-on support to strengthen government and community systems for sustainable demand generation (DG), Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), and adaptive implementation of A360 innovations.

    The role focuses on improving access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), Maternal, Newborn, Child Health and Nutrition (RMNCH+N), and holistic outcomes for adolescents and young women.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strengthen government and community systems for demand generation
    • Support adaptive implementation using Human-Centered Design (HCD)
    • Promote data use for decision-making and programme improvement
    • Build capacity and mentor stakeholders
    • Drive coordination, partnerships, and resource alignment
    • Support planning, budgeting, reporting, and knowledge management

    Requirements:

    • BSc/BA in Communications, Health Management, Social Sciences, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
    • Knowledge of SRH and RMNCH+N strategies
    • Familiarity with the Northern Nigeria context
    • Experience in community systems strengthening and stakeholder engagement
    • Understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD)
    • Commitment to continuous professional development
