One of the open roles is Factory Officer, responsible for coordinating daily factory activities to ensure efficient production operations. The role involves supervising production processes, monitoring equipment utilization, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing daily performance reports. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Production, or a related field, along with relevant experience in factory or production operations.
Fadac Resources is also hiring a Grain Quality Inspector to oversee the inspection and certification of agricultural commodities. The successful candidate will assess product quality, including moisture content and impurities, and prepare detailed inspection reports. Applicants should have a background in Agriculture, Food Science, or related fields, with experience in quality control and knowledge of grain grading standards.
The position of Finance & Accounts Officer is available for professionals skilled in financial management and reporting. The role includes maintaining accounting records, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting budgeting activities. Candidates must hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
Additionally, the organization seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Officer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliation. Applicants should have qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and experience in inventory systems and warehouse operations.
Another key role is the Quality Control & Grain Processing Supervisor, who will oversee grain processing activities and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, monitoring product quality, and preparing compliance reports. Candidates must have relevant experience in food science, agriculture, or quality assurance.
Fadac Resources is also recruiting an Operations Manager to provide overall leadership across agribusiness, warehousing, logistics, and commodity trading operations. This senior role requires strong experience in managing operations, developing performance targets, and coordinating supply chain activities.
Furthermore, the position of Procurement & Sourcing Officer is open to candidates with expertise in sourcing agricultural commodities and managing supplier relationships. The role includes negotiating supply agreements, monitoring market trends, and ensuring timely procurement processes.
