The Carbon Project Manager plays a central role in delivering high-impact carbon projects under the Natural Climate Solutions Accelerator (NCSA). The position focuses on guiding projects through the design phase while ensuring they are technically sound, investment-ready, and aligned with sustainability goals.
This is a highly collaborative role that brings together technical, financial, and operational teams. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that carbon initiatives are developed into viable, scalable enterprises.
The role also includes contributing to the development of a Business Incubator programme that supports early-stage carbon projects and social enterprises.
The Carbon Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of carbon projects across different stages of development.

In addition to project management, approximately 20% of the role focuses on designing and improving TNC’s Business Incubator programme.
