1. Administrative Officer
🧭 Role Overview
GPD is seeking a competent, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the organization’s administrative and operational functions.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinating logistics, managing procurement processes, and supporting programme implementation.
📋 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Provide general office administration and operational support
🔹 Coordinate logistics and procurement processes
🔹 Manage assets and inventory effectively
🔹 Support programme and organizational activities
🔹 Document meetings and maintain proper records
🔹 Perform other duties as assigned by management
🎓 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant fields
✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or related roles
✔ Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and administrative systems
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

2. Programme Officer – Gender & Peace Building
🧭 Role Overview
The Programme Officer will provide technical and programmatic support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of gender equality, peacebuilding, and social cohesion programmes.
The role focuses on advancing the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring gender mainstreaming across all projects.
📋 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree/HND in relevant social science discipline
✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in gender, peacebuilding, or development programmes
✔ Experience with NGOs, donor-funded projects, and community engagement
✔ Strong background in proposal writing and report writing
✔ Knowledge of UNSCR 1325 and Nigeria’s National Action Plan
✔ Understanding of gender analysis, safeguarding, and conflict sensitivity
✔ Familiarity with Results-Based Management and MEL systems
