Overview

The Foundation for Climate Action and Sustainable Development (F-CASD) is seeking a skilled Grant & Partnership Coordinator based in Borno, Nigeria. F-CASD is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to mitigating the impacts of climate change through innovative and multidisciplinary approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, secure, and manage funding opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships to advance F-CASD’s mission.
• Develop grant acquisition strategies.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and reports.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Strengthen collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, private sector, and international partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least five years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, and partnership management, preferably within NGOs or development organizations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management tools.
