The LPG Plant Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation, coordination, and performance of the LPG plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable bulk and retail gas operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations (bulk storage, truck loading, cylinder refilling, retail sales)
- Ensure strict compliance with LPG safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Supervise plant personnel (loaders, refillers, technicians, cleaners)
- Monitor LPG stock levels, reconciliation, and dispatch activities
- Coordinate truck loading/unloading operations
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment (pumps, compressors, meters, valves)
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
- Handle customer relations and sales coordination
- Enforce HSE policies and emergency response procedures
Requirements
- B.Eng/HND in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 5 years experience in LPG operations or oil & gas sector
- Strong knowledge of LPG handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with NMDPRA regulations is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits
- Monitor compliance with PPE usage
- Organize safety drills and emergency response training
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Ensure fire-fighting equipment is functional
- Maintain safety documentation and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (NMDPRA)
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HSE, preferably in oil & gas/LPG
- Certifications: HSE Basic (LEVEL 1, 2 & 3) or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hazard identification and risk management
