The LPG Plant Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation, coordination, and performance of the LPG plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable bulk and retail gas operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations (bulk storage, truck loading, cylinder refilling, retail sales)
Ensure strict compliance with LPG safety standards and regulatory requirements
Supervise plant personnel (loaders, refillers, technicians, cleaners)
Monitor LPG stock levels, reconciliation, and dispatch activities
Coordinate truck loading/unloading operations
Ensure proper functioning of equipment (pumps, compressors, meters, valves)
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Handle customer relations and sales coordination
Enforce HSE policies and emergency response procedures

Requirements

B.Eng/HND in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
Minimum 5 years experience in LPG operations or oil & gas sector
Strong knowledge of LPG handling, storage, and safety procedures
Leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with NMDPRA regulations is an advantage
