Overview
The Implementation Officer at Moniepoint Inc. will drive successful onboarding and adoption of Moniebook POS for retail customers, acting as the primary guide during their initial setup and utilization of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans
- Guide customers through Moniebook POS setup and align configuration with workflows
- Deliver live training sessions to educate users
- Monitor adoption through usage and transactions
- Build strong relationships and provide empathetic support
- Troubleshoot issues and manage escalations
- Document onboarding progress and common issues
- Ensure smooth transition to Account Managers
- Collect feedback and share insights with teams
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer onboarding, success, or account management (preferably SaaS/POS)
- Strong communication and training skills
- Customer-first mindset; problem-solving and analytical ability
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in creating training materials (preferred)
- Knowledge of SaaS onboarding frameworks (preferred)
- Must be based in Kano Central (Ibrahim Taiwo / Kwari)
