Avetium Outsourcing Limited is currently recruiting qualified and motivated candidates to fill the position of Fibre Sales Executive across multiple locations in Nigeria, including Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Lagos, and Rivers State. Abuja is a key market for this recruitment drive.
Role Overview
The Fibre Sales Executive will be responsible for driving broadband sales through on-field engagement and direct customer interactions. The role is highly target-driven and requires proactive engagement with potential customers in Abuja and other listed locations to promote fibre internet products and services.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with conducting door-to-door marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and meet daily and monthly sales targets. They will provide accurate product information to prospective clients, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Additionally, the Fibre Sales Executive will maintain detailed records of daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports. The role requires consistent field presence and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities effectively, especially in Abuja where the demand for fibre connectivity is growing.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of OND or NCE qualification, while HND or Bachelor’s degree holders will have an added advantage. Candidates should have between two to five years of relevant experience.
Experience in field sales, door-to-door (D2D) marketing, or telecommunications sales is highly desirable. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be confident, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with fibre internet products and broadband services will be considered an added advantage.
Remuneration and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary of ₦120,000, which increases to ₦150,000 upon confirmation. After confirmation, employees will also be entitled to additional benefits, including pension contributions, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, and a 13th-month salary.
