Requirements

Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience for officer level roles; internships are open to early career candidates.
Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning concepts.
Experience in data collection and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Strong report writing skills.
Able to work effectively in both field and office settings.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and communication skills.
Crisis response training is considered an added advantage.
