These are for the position of Business Development Manager Intern or Volunteer. The role provides an opportunity for early career professionals to gain practical experience in fundraising, partnership building, and proposal development. The selected candidate will support the organization in identifying funding opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships that align with its mission and strategic priorities. The role will also involve supporting proposal writing, grant application development and the preparation of concept notes and project proposals. In addition, the candidate will assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies. Furthermore, the candidate will support engagement with donors, partner organizations and other key stakeholders.
The intern or volunteer will also contribute to documenting and tracking funding opportunities as well as supporting the organization of meetings presentations and partnership engagement activities.
