The role is available in four locations including Edo, Kaduna, Kano, and Ondo. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing assets and general services within the assigned zone. They will also ensure that operational resources are effectively monitored and maintained. Key responsibilities include maintaining an updated database of all assets within the zone. Moreover, appropriate insurance coverage must be in place. The role also involves monitoring budgets and expenditures related to asset management. In addition, the manager must ensure that all offices are branded in line with the bank’s standards and objectives.

The General Services Manager will also oversee vendor management processes. They will ensure that vendors are properly registered with the bank. The manager must also coordinate the distribution of operational materials, stocks, and stationery to branches within the zone. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, stock documentation, and quarterly needs assessment. Furthermore, the manager will supervise support staff such as security personnel and cleaners. They will also monitor vehicle usage and maintenance. The role also requires managing rent related matters and insurance issues. Finally, the manager must handle communication lines approved for operational use.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. They should also have five to seven years of relevant experience in facilities management or corporate services. Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills are essential.
