Key Responsibilities
- Onboard shippers and establish relationships with transporters.
- Develop strategic sales plans and expand the logistics network.
- Acquire and manage clients while generating shipment volume.
- Conduct market research and represent the company in meetings and events.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight, haulage, or supply chain management.
- Strong network of shippers, transporters, and logistics stakeholders.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of Nigeria’s transportation ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields preferred.
