Key Responsibilities

Identify and research candidates for live roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
Write professional outreach messages and engage candidates directly
Conduct initial candidate screening calls

Support market mapping and talent intelligence projects
Maintain accurate candidate records within internal systems
Collaborate with senior recruiters on international hiring projects

Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Motivated, proactive, and resilient

Comfortable speaking with professionals and candidates
Stable internet connection and remote working setup
1-2 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, research, or administration (attitude matters most)

Success Metrics

Number of candidates identified and engaged weekly
Completion of screening calls
Quality of shortlists delivered to senior recruiters

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: R18,000 – R25,000 per month (based on experience)
