This position offers the opportunity to lead global digital transformation initiatives at The Nature Conservancy as the Deputy Director of Web Strategy & Operations. You will unify and evolve web experiences in alignment with the organization’s mission and 2030 goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise web strategy, including multiyear roadmaps and campaign planning.
• Drive web consolidation and governance.
• Establish global standards for content and analytics.
• Oversee site performance and SEO efforts.
• Partner with Marketing Technology to align strategies.
• Manage AI-powered capabilities and global web operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user journeys.
• Oversee vendor relationships and resource planning.
• Manage web production and SEO teams.
• Supervise staff and promote a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 9 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in web strategy or large-scale digital operations.
• Experience managing teams and complex projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in global NGOs or multilingual content is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital compliance frameworks and governance.
