Job Summary
The United Bible Societies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Global People & Culture Administrator to support HR operations across multiple time zones.
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Partner, this role offers an opportunity to develop within a dynamic international organization dedicated to making the Bible accessible worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Provide first-line support to employees and managers for HR inquiries.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Update employee information in HRIS and manage documentation securely.
HRIS, Reporting & Data Analytics
- Collaborate on designing dashboards and reports for People & Culture metrics.
- Support HR data integrity and generate operational reports.
- Act as HRIS support and develop training materials for users.
Process Documentation & Improvement
- Maintain standard operating procedures for HR processes such as onboarding and exit procedures.
- Identify opportunities to enhance administrative efficiency and employee experience.
Total Rewards, Payroll & Benefits
- Support payroll processes by preparing monthly memos and collaborating with finance.
- Maintain benefits tracking and assist with annual pay review data compilation.
Employee Support & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
- Support engagement activities and team events.
Collaboration & Relationship Building
- Work closely with People, Finance, ICT teams, and managers to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven administrative skills with high organization and multitasking ability.
- Previous HR support experience, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits.
- Confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and high attention to detail.
- IT literacy: Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, social media, Google tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones and in a multicultural environment.
- HR professional qualification or ongoing HR studies.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting global distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.
