Overview

Bitpanda is seeking a Junior Videographer & Editor to create high-quality, social-first video content that enhances the brand, products, campaigns, and events across their channels. The role involves working closely with the Social Media and Creative teams to produce engaging content that resonates with their audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality social-first video content for Bitpanda’s social media channels, campaigns, studio productions, and events, while also supporting internal video content creation.
• Independently operate camera setups in both studio and live environments, ensuring strong visual quality and storytelling.
• Edit engaging short-form content optimized for social platforms, focusing on pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
• Support the creation of motion graphics, animations, and AI-supported creative assets.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop visually strong, premium content formats that align with the Bitpanda brand.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with camera operation, including technical and creative aspects of shooting content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a solid understanding of editing for social-first formats and short-form storytelling.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects to create simple animations and motion graphics.
• Interest in social media, digital culture, finance, and emerging technologies; understanding of content trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools for generating video assets and visuals.
