The Large Enterprise Sales Director at Semperis will accelerate growth across Michigan and Indiana, helping enterprise organizations strengthen cyber resilience through identity-first security. This is a high-impact individual contributor opportunity for a proven enterprise seller.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Semperis’ large enterprise sales strategy across Michigan and Indiana.
• Build, progress, and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leadership across large enterprise accounts.
• Create pipeline through direct prospecting, executive engagement, and partner development.
• Drive account strategy across new-logo and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing.
• Run strong discovery connecting customer challenges and business risks to Semperis solutions.
• Apply a structured sales methodology, including MEDDPICC.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
• Represent Semperis at industry events and customer forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or adjacent technology solutions.
• Experience selling to large enterprise organizations and navigating complex buying processes.
• Strong prospecting and market development capability.
• Experience with MEDDPICC methodology is strongly preferred.
• Technical and commercial credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate business value and justify enterprise investment.
• Proven ability to work closely with channel and strategic partners.
• Based in Michigan or Indiana, with the willingness to travel as needed.
