Overview

The role of Lead AI Project Manager at NiCE involves managing complex, customer-facing projects related to software and AI delivery. This position requires providing strategic direction and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders while guiding teams through the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and core project documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with executive leadership.
• Drive ownership and accountability across project teams.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide teams through the project lifecycle.
• Mentor project managers and advance best practices across the PMO.
• Adjust project approaches to meet evolving business and customer needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience with complex, customer-facing software delivery projects.
• Proven success in managing full end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects.
• Strong analytical skills in managing risks, revenue, and escalations.
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI).
• PMP certification required.
