Lead Business Consultant, VRS, CX @NICE Ltd.

Overview

The Lead Business Consultant position at NiCE focuses on owning customer business cases and driving the adoption and ROI of NiCE solutions. This role combines consulting and operations expertise to guide customers through Contact Center/CCaaS transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best practice guidance for optimizing customer business processes and maximizing NiCE solutions.
• Design change strategies across people, processes, and technology.
• Serve as lead consultant, creating and owning multi-tiered customer business cases, and leading multi-product projects.
• Develop long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
• Manage consulting programs and ensure alignment with product implementation.
• Identify opportunities for additional engagements through service renewals and business development.
• Conduct financial analysis and create ROI models for specific domains.
• Deliver presentations with strategic recommendations to senior executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a consultant in CX strategy, contact center transformation, or software/CCaaS.
• Proven success in leading engagements that deliver measurable business value through CX/QM/Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, and modern CX capabilities.
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and able to create actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and technical skills.
• Familiarity with NICE Interaction Analytics, Nexidia, or similar platforms is required.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs to automate tasks is preferred.
