Lead Company Operations Manager @Fivetran

Overview

The Lead Company Operations Manager will join Fivetran to help manage the strategic direction and operations within the COO Office. This role involves developing strategies, preparing board materials, and driving a company operating rhythm while integrating AI into company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs and support the annual planning process.
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days and synthesize executive inputs into decision-ready artifacts.
• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials and maintain a source of truth for reporting metrics.
• Drive the company's operating rhythm and track executive action items to closure.
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and drive projects to measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain AI workflows that automate operational work.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, business operations, or related roles.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design processes for others.
• Exceptional communication skills, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working with data and performing analyses.
• Experience with program management tools and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Familiarity with conversational AI systems and ability to build repeatable AI workflows.

Location
