Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs.
• Support the annual planning process and prepare quarterly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Strategy Days.
• Own preparation of board materials and maintain reporting metrics for executive governance.
• Drive the company's operating rhythm including business reviews and OKR tracking.
• Handle special projects from initial framing through delivery.
• Develop AI workflows to automate operational tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis and program management tools.
• Experience with AI systems to automate workflows.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects to completion.

Location
