Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for generating new logo pipeline in the Southeast.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets while driving territory growth.
• Build and execute a territory plan to generate opportunities and deliver bookings.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in various sectors.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Communicate Descope’s value clearly to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Leverage partnerships and industry relationships to create new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Establish a strong market presence in the Southeast.
• Travel as needed to develop relationships in the territory.

Requirements

• 7+ years of success in selling enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven track record in building territories and acquiring enterprise customers.
• Experience engaging with CTO organizations and technical decision makers.
• Strong technical discovery skills and effective communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with identity, authentication, CIAM, and related technologies preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A confident, driven, and collaborative approach with team-oriented humility.
