Overview

The Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer at NICE is a lead-level, technical expert responsible for driving partner success across implementation, readiness, and ongoing product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting to partner customers.
• Champion product enhancements and collaborate with internal teams.
• Oversee complex technical implementation projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Serve as a liaison to TAM and Partner Success organizations.
• Create and share best practices and technical documentation.
• Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions and represent partner technical needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering or related technical role.
• Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, especially integrations and APIs.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including some international travel.

Advantageous if experienced with channel organizations or SaaS, cloud architectures, or global partner ecosystems.
