    About the Role

    Malaria Consortium is recruiting a State Campaign Manager to lead ITN distribution activities in Kogi State. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the ITN campaign, including macro and microplanning, advocacy, procurement, logistics, household mobilization, demand creation, and monitoring and evaluation. The State Campaign Manager will provide technical leadership and support to ensure high-quality campaign delivery in alignment with national guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of ITN campaign activities.
    • Support recruitment, supervision, and management of campaign technical staff.
    • Ensure timely procurement, distribution, and logistics of ITNs in collaboration with partners.
    • Coordinate training of state, LGA, community volunteers, and health workers.
    • Monitor program implementation, track performance indicators, and address operational bottlenecks.
    • Manage campaign finances, ensuring transparency and timely reporting.
    • Collaborate with NMEP, SMoH, and other stakeholders to strengthen campaign delivery.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in health or social sciences.
    • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in ITN mass campaigns, project implementation, training, and fund management.
    • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
    • Competence in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
