    The Management Trainee Programme is designed to equip participants with practical experience and leadership skills through structured training and real-time business exposure.     🔄 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Departmental Rotations:

    Work across departments such as Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and Finance to gain a full understanding of business operations.

    • Shadowing & Mentorship:

    Learn directly from senior managers and supervisors to understand leadership and decision-making processes.

    • Project Management:

    Participate in strategic initiatives, including process improvements and cost optimization projects.

    • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support informed business decisions.

    • Administrative & Operational Support:

    Assist with daily operations, team supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

    • Training & Evaluation:

    Attend training sessions, complete assigned coursework, and undergo periodic assessments to track progress. In short, the Graduate Trainee position is built for those eager to grow and advance quickly.

    ✅ REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • High level of adaptability and flexibility across different work environments

    • Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and teamwork ability
