Overview

Grafana Labs is a company focused on observability solutions, providing Grafana Cloud, a managed observability platform used by over 10,000 organizations globally. The role of Manager of Solutions Engineering for the SEMEA region involves leading a team of Solution Engineers to drive customer success and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales Solution Engineers from diverse backgrounds.
• Utilize a servant-based leadership approach to maximize team performance.
• Collaborate with SEMEA Sales leadership on customer programs and marketing initiatives.
• Provide executive sponsorship of key accounts and be a thought leader for customers in the region.
• Understand customer strategies for adopting Grafana technologies and develop enabling programs.
• Ensure customer requirements are met in partnership with Product Management and Engineering.
• Own and report on team performance and outcomes.
• Drive enablement and sales efforts with channel partners.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in high tech roles like Developer, Architect, or Sales Engineer/Architect.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Experience in mentoring and managing performance of team members.
• Experience with open source sales or cloud/product-led sales strategies.
• Familiarity with formal sales methodologies, e.g., COM, Value selling, MEDDPICC.
• Direct experience with monitoring/data/visualization products.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
• Located in Israel.
