Overview

McKinsey.org Forward is a free, ten-week online learning program designed to equip early-career professionals, job changers, and individuals preparing to enter the workforce with practical workplace skills for the future. Participants dedicating approximately two hours per week will receive a digital badge and access to a global learning network.

Eligibility

Reside in any African country
Currently working, previously worked, or preparing to start work within the next 12 months
Have less than 5 years of total work experience (applicants with more than 5 years of experience in nonprofit or non-corporate roles may still be considered)
Completed at least secondary or high school education
Good command of English
