Overview

Siyavula Foundation invites applications for a part-time Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Implementation Consultant to support its Pan-African Expansion Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data collection by designing surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and case study tools with in-country partners.
• Ensure data integrity by standardizing, verifying, and maintaining accurate platform analytics and partner reports.
• Facilitate learning by translating data into actionable insights through feedback loops and evaluation techniques.
• Lead implementation across three core pillars including deployment of data collection tools, data management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or International Development.
• Proven experience implementing MEL frameworks in EdTech or large-scale donor-funded projects.
• Familiarity with Mastercard Foundation reporting standards.
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong qualitative and analytical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
