Overview

This role offers an opportunity for experienced fundraising professionals to support nonprofit philanthropic growth and fundraising operations remotely while engaging high-net-worth individuals to strengthen donor support.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of 100–135 donors and prospects
• Cultivating and stewarding major donor relationships
• Soliciting flexible and unrestricted gifts
• Developing personalized donor engagement strategies
• Increasing donor retention and gift upgrades
• Identifying and cultivating new prospective donors
• Supporting pipeline growth within the Western United States

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in major gifts fundraising, private philanthropy, or donor engagement
• Proven track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience using CRMs and donor databases, especially NXT
• Knowledge of international development and humanitarian work
