Overview

This opportunity offers two significant roles: a Communications Specialist focused on humanitarian communications and a Technical Project/Product Manager for an AI-driven humanitarian innovation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing strategic communications frameworks
Developing messaging for government, donors, and consortium partners
Producing policy briefs, media content, and storytelling outputs
Coordinating survivor-informed communications and ethical storytelling
Managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple phases
Defining product requirements and user stories for technological projects
Overseeing integration with tools such as CommCare and KoBoToolbox
Ensuring responsible AI and data governance standards

Eligibility

A degree in communications or a related field (Master’s preferred) for the Communications Specialist
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred) for the Technical Project/Product Manager
At least 6 years of experience in communications for the Communications Specialist
At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects for the Technical Project/Product Manager
Experience in humanitarian or low-resource environments is preferred for both roles
Strong writing, editing, and project management skills are essential
