Overview

This position offers an opportunity to manage and optimize data across the Trees Sustainability program, supporting initiatives that directly benefit farmers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support execution of Trees Sustainability initiatives
Develop and maintain dashboards tracking performance indicators
Consolidate and manage program data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Conduct budget variance analysis and provide performance insights
Design and support farmer surveys for program improvement
Train field teams on data collection and reporting standards
Document learnings, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant work experience
Experience in agroforestry or agricultural field programs
Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture Economics, International Development, or related fields
Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
