Mid-Market Outcomes Architect @Notion

Overview

Notion is a collaborative AI workspace aiming to streamline work by integrating knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools. The Outcomes Architect will help customers adopt and maximize the value of Notion’s software in an AI-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention (NRR) through predictable renewal and expansion pipelines.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and renewal opportunities.
• Define and maintain success plans to guide customers in their AI transformation.
• Facilitate consultations to identify new workflow opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Engage with Services teams for complex implementations and ensure successful delivery.
• Learn Notion’s product and the AI ecosystem to assist customers effectively.
• Help develop OA programs that generate positive outcomes across Notion’s user base.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer adoption, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software context.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to comprehend business problems and devise implementation plans.
• Technical fluency and capability in co-designing and troubleshooting Notion workspaces.
• Commercial awareness to identify renewal risks and expansion potentials.
• Ability to design workflows that support usage-based consumption and measurable outcomes.
• Strong management skills for handling success plans, timelines, and customer commitments.
• Ability to bring structure to problems and drive teams toward practical implementations.
• Interest in AI and continuous learning about new tools and methodologies.

Benefits

Notion offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits, with estimated on-target earnings for this role ranging from $145,000 to $175,000 per year in San Francisco and New York.

Location

This role can be based in San Francisco or New York City, with in-person work expected on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
