The MTN MoMo TechSpark Graduate Programme 2026 is a 12-month immersive programme designed for young graduates aiming to develop skills in the digital financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Foundational onboarding on business culture and digital strategy.
Technical training in Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Networks, and Infrastructure.
Rotations across technical and commercial teams.
Hands-on real project experience.
Mentorship and coaching from senior professionals.
Access to certifications and learning platforms.
Quarterly performance reviews and development planning.
Experience in coding, testing, debugging, documentation, system analysis, and collaboration on technology-driven projects.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics or related fields. Must have completed NYSC or be in final stage.
Experience: 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience.
Skills: Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL), understanding of software development, APIs, debugging, testing, version control, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of systems, databases, cloud, and IT infrastructure, good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
