• Portfolio Manager – Private Banking (Lagos)

Role Overview
These roles focus on delivering premium financial advisory and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals (HNI clients). Successful candidates will manage client portfolios, drive investment solutions, deepen client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth within the Private Banking segment. Senior roles such as Head of Hub will also oversee operations, staff performance, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advisory and investment solutions to clients
• Manage and grow client portfolios while ensuring alignment with risk profiles
• Drive sales of private banking products and services
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with internal policies
• Monitor client accounts, transactions, and investment performance
• Support business growth through market insights and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit)
• Relevant professional or postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage
• Experience requirements vary by role:
  • 2+ years (Relationship Managers)
  • 4–6 years (Specialists)
  • 8–12 years (Team Leads)
  • 10–15 years (Heads of Hub)
• Strong knowledge of banking, investment products, and wealth management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
