      • Coordinate planning, implementation, and stakeholder collaboration
      • Support the Forum for Gender Equality initiatives
    • Capacity Building and Leadership Development
      • Support programmes that strengthen women’s leadership in governance
      • Promote gender mainstreaming in public institutions
      • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
    • Research and Policy Support
      • Develop analytical briefs and research documents
      • Provide insights for intergovernmental processes
      • Support evidence-based policy advocacy
    • Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation
      • Prepare monthly status and progress reports
      • Draft donor and programme reports, including financial and narrative outputs
      • Document best practices, lessons learned, and impact stories
    • Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation
      • Support collaboration with partners and stakeholders
      • Contribute to resource mobilisation strategies
      • Ensure programme alignment with national and global initiatives

    Expected Deliverables

    The consultant will be responsible for producing key outputs, including:

    • Monthly status and progress reports
    • Ongoing engagement and research briefs
    • Quarterly donor reports
    • Programme evaluation and documentation reports
    • Communication materials including case studies and human-interest stories

    Required Qualifications

    Candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Public Administration, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in research, policy analysis, or gender-focused programmes
    • Demonstrated expertise in gender equality and women’s empowerment
    • Strong knowledge of governance systems in India
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
