Capacity Building and Leadership Development
- Support programmes that strengthen women’s leadership in governance
- Promote gender mainstreaming in public institutions

Research and Policy Support
- Develop analytical briefs and research documents
- Provide insights for intergovernmental processes
- Support evidence-based policy advocacy
Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation
- Prepare monthly status and progress reports
- Draft donor and programme reports, including financial and narrative outputs
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and impact stories
Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation
- Support collaboration with partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to resource mobilisation strategies
- Ensure programme alignment with national and global initiatives

Expected Deliverables

The consultant will be responsible for producing key outputs, including:

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

Master’s degree in Public Administration, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in research, policy analysis, or gender-focused programmes
Demonstrated expertise in gender equality and women’s empowerment
Strong knowledge of governance systems in India
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
