Role Overview
The Bank Teller will be responsible for managing customer transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. The role requires attention to detail and strict adherence to banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle customer deposits and withdrawals, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. They will verify customer identities and transaction details while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Additionally, the teller will manage and balance cash drawers daily and ensure compliance with established banking regulations and operational procedures. Delivering efficient and professional service to customers is also a core aspect of the role.

Requirements
Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. A degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline is considered an added advantage. Candidates with prior experience in cash handling or banking operations will also have an advantage. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a high level of attention to detail.

Remuneration and Benefits
The position offers a net monthly salary of ₦202,000, along with additional benefits such as leave allowance, a 13th-month salary, pension contributions, and health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage.
