💼 Role Overview

As a Research Assistant, you will support field operations by collecting, documenting, and reporting data accurately. You will work closely with project coordinators and teams to ensure smooth execution of research activities.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field data collection using surveys, interviews, or digital tools
• Assist in administering questionnaires and gathering responses from participants
• Ensure accurate documentation and recording of research data
• Support data validation and quality control processes
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all research guidelines, ethical standards, and project protocols
• Submit timely reports and updates on field activities

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree
• Background in social sciences, statistics, public health, or related fields is an advantage
• Previous experience in research, surveys, or fieldwork is a plus (but not mandatory)

• Must be a resident of Kano, Lagos, or Enugu
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
